Warranty

Tau Trading & Manufacturing Company, LLC warrants to its initial purchaser that their products are of good material and workmanship and free of manufacturing and factory defects, provided recommended cleaning and maintenance are performed, for five (5) years. The warranties set forth above do not apply to products modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel, or to products damaged during shipment or installation, or by accident, alteration, abuse, tampering, misuse, and misapplication, negligence by others, improper repair or maintenance, fire and/or other casualty. These warranties do not apply to defects in components not manufactured by Tau Trading & Manufacturing.

It is a condition of this warranty that should your covered product show defects at any point, Purchaser/Property owner will notify Tau Trading & Manufacturing in writing within 30 days after discovering the claimed defect and prior to beginning any repair or alteration to the Tau Trading & Manufacturing. The notice must include a detailed description of the claimed defect, photograph(s) of the defect and proof of purchase. It is a further condition of this Warranty that Tau Trading & Manufacturing will, within a reasonable period of its receipt of such notice, be permitted to inspect the claimed defect. If, after inspection, Tau Trading & Manufacturing determines that the claim is in accordance with the terms of this Warranty, Tau Trading & Manufacturing will repair or replace the defective product Ex Works (EWX) our factory in Vietnam. The choice of remedy is in Manufacturer’s sole discretion. Tau Trading & Manufacturing will not be liable for labor and/or removal costs connected with the claim. In the event of repair or replacement, the original warranty shall apply to the repaired or replaced portion of the Tau Trading & Manufacturing Products and will extend for the balance of the warranty period in effect at the time the material proved defective. It is expressly understood and agreed that the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any and all losses or damages resulting from non-conforming goods, or from any other causes, shall be the repair or replacement of defective parts at the option of Tau Trading & Manufacturing and that Tau Trading & Manufacturing shall not be liable for damages, for injury to persons or property, nor for replacement of the entire commercial unit, if repair or replacement of defective parts can reasonably render the unit conforming. Proper documentation including the original invoice will be required on all warranty claims. Seller makes no other warranties, either expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, or otherwise. In no event shall Tau Trading & Manufacturing be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or expense occasioned by the use of defective goods. No officer, employee, or representative of Tau Trading & Manufacturing Company, LLC has the authority to assume greater liability than that stated above.
